I realise I'm getting more lazy to blog. I'd rather just upload pictures online to multiply and just refer people to the site to look at the pictures. Or maybe I'm finding it hard to think of things to write about these days. No inspiration! Haha or maybe my mind has been too inactive for a while too long.. and its seemingly irreversible. In the past, there was still some subtle urge to blog once in a while; but these days, the thought of blogging just doesnt occur to me, until i chance upon a blog or someone mention about blogging. Laziness might be playing a vital role in this syndrome too.
And so I've visited Finland and London again since the last post. Finland's quite a nice place to travel too.. I like the way the city looks, the cleanliness, the integrity of the locals, the tranquility of the lakes and parks, the relatively slower pace of life. Free accommodation at fx's was a major relief to my pocket too! Check out the pictures at my multiply site.
Just over the weekend, i revisited London for the famed West End musicals. Wah I must say both Phantom and Les Mis. were damn impressive. I was taken aback by how they pull off the musicals as they were superb. The cast, singing, music and staging of props were simply neat. Worth every single pound sia. We managed to get tickets at about 30+ quid each on the day of the performance, which is quite a bit cheaper than getting online. Saw another side of London too during this short trip. Luckily managed to find this weekend to go over to London, for which otherwise i think it'll really be a pity to miss this opportunity.
Now time is slowly pressing me to start mugging for my exams. It's worrying, no doubts about it. But I've been slacking too much to get started. Shit this is a big problem!
And come to think of it, the exam period also marks the end of SEP which i am still reluctantly accepting this fact. I will ask myself whether did I fully make use of my time over here in Manchester now and then. I did to a large extent - I travelled quite a lot, drank pretty much.. hmm, met a lot of people, hanged out frequently, managed to cook rather decently. But I still hoped that I'd travelled to more parts of UK during a few lull weekends spent slacking in the room, skipped less lectures so that i dont have to be as frantic as now, and hanging out/clubbing/pubbing more often. Should have visited Lake District again too. Probably there's still more. I'm just not an easily contented person i guess. Looking forward to post exam travels though!
