tired, relieved with a tinge of resentment

Been to M'sia today for a sightseeing tour. Haha no la, had a recce to do for next week's ophir trip.. I spent a total of 8 hours on buses throughout the day, sleeping. Which partly explains why i'm still awake enough to blog at this time. And then over at a small town in johor, I went to reserve rooms in this 'hotel' that looked more like a shady brothel in the 1960s. Picture the motel Tony Leung stayed in the movie 2046. I seriously wonder what the participants will think when they first set their eyes on this dimly lit 'hotel', which they'll be staying for a night. Hahaa whatever, it's cheap and hospitable at the very least.

Anyway, i finally caught harry potter yest. It's nice! except that i realise the harry potter series is getting more serious and sinister as each episode unfolds. Haha probably cos i haven't read the book before, that's why i find it a nice movie. But i also realise it's quite discriminatory during the 'dance ball' scene. Do they really have to cast diff races?

Haha they're heavenly.. I've been eating these snacks non-stop everyday without fail and it'll be my routine till all the boxes are emptied.. haha

1st. or 2nd. whatever

Ok. time for a new start. a new blog with a nice sandy background. I wanted a background of a set of piano keys in sepia mode actually but i couldnt find it anywhere nor can i create the background using photoshop.. so well, this is the 'next best alternative' haha. I've realised the piano always has this air of melancholy and mystery that surrounds it, and also a majestic and romantic feel to it that makes this instrument so appealing. If i have the time, i'd really want to learn how to play the piano more beautifully.. haha one of my wishes for the next year.

Hm it's nearing the end of the year now. Looking back, this year's quite a colourful one i must say. Though nothing much have changed, oh haha i wish my age didnt increase though, its a year of new experiences and lessons learnt. I've seen NUS's true colours, tried staying at pgp, went to taipei! and kl again, slogged and had fun at orientation camps, thoroughly and absolutely enjoyed the first 3 mths sch break of my life, made a lot of new friends, joined odac, learnt how to mug at home while surrounded by thousands of distractions and also finally got jaded by the exams.

There are so many things i wanna do i realise. More than time could handle. Haha yeah indirectly i'm saying this hols is way too short. But it's damn true. If only time could stall as frequently as a manual car driven by a L plate driver. Haha i mean in general. Alright, for e next yr, hopefully the earth can slowly take its time and complete its next orbit more slowly then.
