Taking forever to start

Haha i'm taking a break from my sucky lab report.. maybe not a break, because i've not really started on it. Super great inertia to complete it and the CNY break is not helping at all.

But somehow, I dont really feel the festive mood of CNY this year. I don't feel the excitement and the happiness that's supposed to come together with it.. even the thought of ang pows don't perk me up anymore. Damn strange. Oh but i must add, the CNY goodies still does the festive season some justice.

Also I realise every year, life feels exceptionally empty during this time of the year. And I begin to take everything lightly. Maybe treating everything far too lightly. Hope to play mahjong soon though!

Heh 1st quarterly update.

Time really passes very fast, 2 weeks of school have just been over and i'm still living my life as if it's the holidays and i have all the time in the world at my disposal. Tutorials? obviously they havent really crossed my mind yet.. haha maybe until today.

Ya was watching LOST the whole of last week. Borrowed from my sep friend and finished the last 15 episodes in 5 days. Super addictive but too bad i only had the first season to watch. Need to get hold of the 2nd soon haha!

Went windsurfing today and finally got to windsurf quite a lot after such a long time. I just hope i dont come in last in next week's NTU Open championships. Shall train again on sunday haha. Also signed up for X-physique 2006, some adventure race thing by NTU, think it's gonna be quite fun. Haha Ok it's time to run and work out more.

Oh this time last week was Funkamania XII semis and finals. Really quite a fun and exciting experience to be in the comm i think. Not to mention stressful as well. Cos i guess programmes comm really comes into full play during the actual event; it is when we actually start work. Before this, haha we were probably slacking the most. Got to know a few DJs from Perfect 10 and got to see Kelly Poon upclose. Understood the difficulty of finalising an emcee's script and the headaches involved in executing a smooth event despite last minute screw ups. But really enjoyable and lots of eye candy haha!

Haha it's been a rather long time since i last posted.. Hmm now the mood has changed..School has just started. Wished the hols were longerrrr

Anyway, i'm glad my Ophir Trip went well and everyone in the group was in high spirits and did not have any serious injuries.. I guess heaven was on our side, we managed to meet all the timings despite some mad rushes and it didnt rain while we're trekking.. although it DID rain while we're having our dinner causing us to pause cooking and resume 2hrs later. But by then, a few were alr fast asleep.. except some of us who're still eyeing all the food that's still waiting to be cooked. Haha oh ya thanks to the goretex jacket wk lent me, it proved to be super valuable man. Without it, my mood would have been really dampened by the rain. Yea and it turned out all our meals were damn good.. and not to mention the super good jb seafood dinner!

New year's eve was also quite fun. Met cac orientation group people and stayed over at M Hotel. Played card games and lots of silly stuff hahaa all thanks to cindy and eric! My first time spending NYE this way and all of us really enjoyed ourselves..

The only regret recently is the 603 general account pts i spent on a damn business module dsc2006.. but from the way i see it, its the best alternative if i really want the business minor.. bo bian i guess. Just that i'm really poor on gen account with just 13 pts. I better score an A for this!
